Dr Dyer gave us “homework” at the seminar last week. Every night when you get in bed, just before you doze off, you have to review your list. Start with “I am” and add every positive thing you can think off. “I am healthy… I am wealthy…. I am love….. I am safe… I am generous…. I am successful…. I am a great writer…. I am….etc.” That way your subconscious has 8 hours to work on you. And when you wake up in the morning, take a moment to do the same thing. You’ll be AMAZED at how quickly your life changes!
